Microneedling to Repair Damaged Skin
Skin Pen is a unique microneedling technology that helps to improve damaged or aging skin utilizing the body’s healing process. The delivery of the needles allows your skin care provider to treat hard to reach places other dermal rollers cannot. It can target delicate areas around the nose and mouth to assist in the collage remodeling process. Skin Pen uses sterile, disposable needle cartridges that accommodates all skin types and needs. The procedure is minimally invasive and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles with little recovery time. A topical numbing cream will be applied for approximately 30 minutes prior to the procedure to help with comfort and the actual procedure will take 20-30 minutes. You may also treat different areas for scarring or stretch marks. A minimum of 3 treatments (done 4 weeks apart) are recommend for optimal results, each patient will vary according to their needs.
